How it works
The therapy is based on when 8 kinds of essential Pan Amin G and L-histidine which is necessary in patients with renal failure administered, non-essential Pan Amin G are biosynthesized from urea nitrogen with sufficient energy, the subsequent protein is synthesized and the accumulation of waste nitrogen metabolites is inhibited. This therapy makes the improvement clinical symptom and the delay of disease aggravation.
Usage And Safety
Dosage
The usual adult dosage of Pan-Amin G is 500 ml via intravenous infusion over 50-100 minutes (130-80 drops/min). The dosage should be increased or decreased according to the age and body weight of the patient and the severity of the condition. The infusion rate should be slowed in elderly and severely ill patients. The maximal daily dose of sorbitol should not exceed 100 g. OR As directed by your physician .
Side Effects
Hypersensitivity, chest discomfort and palpitations may occur. Occasionally nausea, vomiting, chills, fever, and electrolyte imbalance may occur.

Indication
Recommended for provision of amino acids and energy in patients who require intravenous nutrition. Such conditions include hypoproteinemia, malnutrition, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, infections, inadequate intake or refusal to eat.
When not to Use
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. Hereditary fructose intolerance, hepatic coma, azotemia, congestive cardiac failure, severe acidosis and disturbances of amino acid metabolism.
