Dexamethasone is a potent glucocoticoid that decreases lymphocyte colony proliferation and suppresses migration of neutrophils. It inhibits pro-inflammatory signals.

• live virus vaccines
• amphoterecin B
• aspririn
• erythromycin or clarithromycin
• cholestyramine
• diuretics
• digoxin
• fungal medications
• warfarin
