How it works
It contain paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent; Chlorpheniramine is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms ; Dextromethorphan exhibits antitussive activity and is devoid of analgesic or addictive property. This agent crosses the blood-brain-barrier and activates sigma opioid receptors on the cough center in the central nervous system, thereby suppressing the cough reflex.

Drug Interactions
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines. Any other medicine containing paracetamol ; warfarin or other similar medicines used to thin the blood; medicines to control blood pressure, such as beta-blockers and other antihypertensive medicines; digoxin or similar medicines for heart disease; appetite suppressants or stimulants .
Indication
It provide short-term relief to complaints accompanying the flu and the cold. Such complaints include headache, chills, muscle and joint pain, swollen nasal mucous membranes, sinus pain and painful swallowing.

Hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Warnings
Warning 1
Taking too much paracetamol may cause severe liver damage or liver failure.
Warning 2
Do not take this medicine if you are taking another prescription or over-the-counter medicine containing paracetamol for pain, fever, a cold, the flu or sleep disorders.
Warning 3
This medicine contains caffeine. Avoid excessive caffeine use (e.g. coffee, tea and certain canned drinks) when using this medicine.
