Iron bisglycinate (90 mg) with folic acid (400 mcg) formulated for vegetarians, pregnant women and individuals diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia; designed to reduce constipation associated with some iron salts. KEY INGREDIENTS (Per Tablet): Iron Bisglycinate (JECFA) 90 mg; Folic Acid (USP) 400 mcg. DOSAGE: Take 1–2 tablets daily or as directed by a healthcare advisor.
